Accessibility and Accessible information standard

We want all our patients to communicate with us in the way that’s best for them. Here’s how we support accessibility:

  • If English is not your first language, or if you prefer another language, we provide interpretation services (phone or face to face on request).
  • Large print, easy-read documents, and translated materials are available. Just ask at reception.
  • If you are deaf, partially sighted, have a disability, or need assistance with forms/online systems, let us know—we’ll support you.
  • Our website meets accessible design standards; please tell us if anything is hard to read or access.
