Mission Statement

At Central Clinic, we believe everyone deserves safe, effective, and compassionate healthcare – no matter their background or circumstances. We are proud to serve one of Dudley’s most diverse and deprived communities with kindness, respect, and dignity.

Our mission is to:

  • Listen and respond to patient needs, valuing their voice in every decision.
  • Go beyond illness care, offering prevention, health education, and emotional support.
  • Work in partnership with PCN colleagues, ICB teams, and local services to improve access, safety, and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve by learning from patient feedback, significant events, audits, and national standards.

Together, we are building a practice where every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered to take steps towards a healthier, happier life.

Vision (2025 and beyond)

By 2025 and beyond, Central Clinic will be recognised as a trusted, research-active, and innovative primary care provider delivering outstanding, person-centred care for our whole community.

We aim to:

  • Lead on quality – consistently achieving above-average QOF and clinical outcomes (COPD, dementia, asthma, shingles).
  • Embrace digital transformation – expanding online triage, telephony, and self-management tools for convenience and timely access.
  • Champion health equity – tackling Core20PLUS5 priorities, PSA screening, and targeted interventions for vulnerable groups.
  • Grow and develop our workforce – supporting clinical supervision, training, and student placements to ensure sustainability.
  • Promote collaboration – strengthening partnerships with PCN colleagues, FutureMeds, social care, and community organisations.
  • Foster a supportive culture – where staff thrive, patients trust us, and the wider community sees us as a hub for health and wellbeing.

Through continuous learning, innovation, and compassionate leadership, we will empower every patient to live a healthier, more fulfilled life.
