Planned Electricity Interruption –  Tuesday 10th November

Please be advised that our electricity meter will be upgraded on Tuesday 10th November from 8:30am. The work is expected to take approximately two hours.

During this time, our electricity supply will be interrupted, meaning we will be unable to answer telephone calls or provide our usual services.

The upgrade is part of a national programme in line with Government policy and regulatory requirements, supporting the Government’s commitment to reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions and improving energy efficiency.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Dudley Carers’ Summit 2026 – 17th November at Brierley Hill Civic, 10am until 12pm

To mark Carers Rights Day 2026, we are delighted to invite unpaid carers from across Dudley to attend the Dudley Carers’ Summit.

This free event brings together a wide range of local organisations and support services, giving carers the opportunity to learn more about their rights, access information and advice, and discover support available across Dudley.

What Can You Expect?

✅ Find out about Carers’ Assessments, benefits, grants and financial support
✅ Explore employment rights, including flexible working and carers’ leave
✅ Access information on health and wellbeing support
✅ Meet local organisations and community groups
✅ Speak directly with professionals who can offer advice and guidance
✅ Share your experiences and help shape future support for carers in Dudley

Representatives from Dudley Carers Hub and a range of local organisations will be available throughout the event to provide information, advice and practical support.
